Josephine is a layered dress in red wine, black, deep blue, green, red or white, with a floaty chiffon overlay on a straight, knee-length underdress. Sheer geometric lace forms the yoke and the three-quarter sleeves around a simple round neckline. The overlay falls in soft, uneven layers to handkerchief points that dip below the knee.
